Our Programs
CRC Senior
High school & CEGEP — 7 competition components
Teams compete across 7 disciplines: a robot game with 5-minute 2-on-2 heats, a themed bilingual kiosk, a Python programming challenge, a bilingual video (max 5 min), a knowledge-sharing tutorial (max 3 min), and a team website — all produced in both French and English. A five-round tournament (Preliminary → Knock-Out → Quarterfinals → Semi-Finals → Finals) crowns the champion.
- 7 components: robot game, kiosk, programming, video, tutorial & website
- 5-minute heats — 2-on-2 robot matches with randomized partners, 5 tournament rounds
- Python programming: 4 preliminary problems + a 3-block main challenge on competition days
- All student-created content must be bilingual — French and English throughout
CRC Junior
Elementary & junior high — 2 competition components
CRC Junior brings the CRC experience to younger students. Elementary and junior high school teams compete in the Junior Program, held during the same weekend as the Senior competition — same venue, same energy, challenge adapted for grades 4–8.
